Design and Develop Visual Assets: Create high-impact digital and print materials including key art, pitch decks, sales collateral, and promotional toolkits for a wide range of entertainment properties.

Brand Stewardship: Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs by adhering to established visual guidelines and maintaining a cohesive look and feel across platforms and campaigns.

Campaign & Creative Development: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to translate strategic objectives into compelling visual narratives, contributing original design concepts for campaigns, brand refreshes, and promotional initiatives.

Asset Management: Prepare and deliver final artwork in multiple formats for internal and external use, ensuring all assets meet technical specifications and quality standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to manage feedback, approvals, and version control throughout the creative process.

Trend Awareness: Stay current with design trends, entertainment marketing practices, and emerging tools to continuously elevate the quality and relevance of creative output.

Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.

Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills.

Solid multi-tasking and time management skills to successfully manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.

Experience in working in a global marketing organization or advertising agency is a plus.

Candidate should be proactive and reliable with well-developed project management skills.

Proficient understanding of studio marketing including digital and social media platforms.

Knowledge of television and theatrical product.

3+ years of professional graphic design and production experience.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Keynote, with the ability to design, build and revise highly polished presentation decks.

Working knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $85,000.00 - 95,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
