Overview:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Collaborate with the strategy and business teams in the development and execution of key global growth initiatives. These initiatives include new business opportunities, new media platforms, and entering new geographic areas.

Proactively identify new growth opportunities (e.g., new product categories/channels, alternate business models, emerging trends).

Construct financial and analytical models in support of various strategic opportunities, potential acquisitions, and other financial deals.

Identify, define, and analyze trends/strategies across major markets in relation to the consumer products (e.g., toys, apparel, home, CPG), publishing, and experiences (e.g., theme parks) industries.

In partnership with Retail Analytics, identify areas of research and perform appropriate qualitative and quantitative analyses; perform primary and secondary research as needed.

Support the creation of compelling, persuasive presentation materials to communicate key learnings, outcomes, strategies, and recommendations to senior-level executives and external partners.

Participate in a variety of meetings with professionalism and credibility.
Basic Qualifications:
-
3+ years of experience in strategic planning, consulting, banking, or relevant industry/function.

Preferred MBA.

Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, including financial modeling.

High-quality strategic and business acumen.

Outstanding verbal and written communications skills, particularly the ability to develop arguments and present them concisely to a range of stakeholders, including executives.

Outstanding multi-tasking and teamwork capabilities.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $125,000.00 - 155,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
