Overview:

The Brand Management and Marketing team is looking for a Sr. Manager, Brand Management and Marketing to join their team. The Brand Management and Marketing team leads the development of global strategic, long-range property and marketing plans to support the key properties and franchises within the Global Products and Experiences (PP&E) Division at Paramount. The team also serves as the central point of coordination across all franchises for Products and Experiences, aggregating insight, collaborating with partners an ensuring alignment across teams and key initiatives.
 
This is an onsite position at our Los Angeles location.
 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Support the development of long-range property plans that manage the lifecycle for key properties and franchises across consumer demographics
  • Lead day-to-day coordination with partners in hardlines, softlines, live experiences, publishing, corporate franchise and content for assigned portfolio of brands
  • Review and manage approvals of marketing materials
  • Develop new pitch materials to support the business needs
  • Collaborate with retail teams and licensing teams to support the sell-in process

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years experience in brand management, franchise management/marketing or licensing
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in experience

 

Additional Qualifications:

  • Solid written and verbal communication
  • Highly organized, ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to build deep relationships by working collaboratively across multi-functional teams
  • Proficient PowerPoint skills (presentation and slide creation), MS office including Word, Excel
  • Exemplary presentation skills to a both small and large groups
  • Driven individual, reliable, initiative-taking and a team player with solid interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in social media platforms and a pulse on digital culture, with an ability to identify emerging trends and translate them into actionable business strategies

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

Hiring Salary Range: $110,400.00 - 165,600.00. 

 

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.  The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable,  as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
