Overview:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Serve as thought partner to business teams, providing relevant data and insights to aid decision-making, drive strategic planning and key initiatives, and inform pitches and presentations

Leverage multiple data sources to generate actionable insights that inform product and retail strategies

Proactively track and analyze retail point-of-sale performance to measure effectiveness of strategies and campaigns
-
Share relevant and timely insights in regular weekly and monthly team meetings
-
Create clear, insightful, and impactful presentations that use data to tell compelling narratives
-
In partnership with Business Intelligence, support development of data tools to maximize impact
-
Translate complex data into digestible formats for cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leadership
-
Provide detailed commercial insights through robust market and competitive analysis, and identify opportunities and risks for the business

Monitor global consumer trends, market changes, and industry developments
Basic Qualifications:
-
5+ years of hands-on experience in a comparable Analytics position
-
Experience working with large datasets and extracting meaningful and actionable insight.

Advanced knowledge of Excel; knowledge of SQL, Python, AI/ML a plus
Additional Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related discipline preferred

Superior business acumen and research skills
-
Exemplary verbal and written communications skills are required
-
Ability to prioritize effectively to meet deadlines; desire to be hands-on in a fast-paced environment
-
Attention to detail and strong work ethic
-
Knowledge of retail/consumer goods industries a plus

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $110,400.00 - 159,000.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
