Overview and Responsibilities

The Studio Content Operations and Global Distribution team is seeking a Senior Coordinator of Global Localization Design. This role supports key art localization workflows, ensuring quality assurance, quick delivery and archival of digital artwork and other image-based assets. This role will also create EST (electronic sell-through) partner packages across Paramount Television Studios, Nickelodeon, Paramount Media Networks, BET Studios and Paramount+ originals for multi‑platform distribution channels.

Combining light production responsibilities with strong project management, this position will help organize timelines, coordinate creative reviews, and ensure all assets meet creative, technical, and localization standards. We’re looking for someone with a strong creative eye who works well autonomously and with others, has strong attention to detail, is passionate about entertainment, and thrives in a fun, collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Track and manage incoming creative requests, timelines, and approvals through Airtable (or similar tool).
  • Perform light production updates (resizes, layout tweaks, simple mechanical fixes).
  • Review internal and vendor artwork for accuracy, visual quality, and adherence to creative and technical specs.
  • Check Photoshop files for safe areas, bleed, resolution, formatting, and correct localized titles and translations.
  • Support day-to-day communication with creative, marketing, product, franchise, regional teams, and vendors.
  • Organize, package, and deliver assets to internal teams and partners with correct naming, metadata, and formatting.
  • Manage the archiving of assets by preparing final artwork packages, validating metadata, updating archival logs, and ensuring proper long-term storage.
  • Update production trackers, delivery logs, and archival status to ensure accurate records.
  • Help maintain templates, mechanical guides, workflow documents, and localization reference materials.
  • Flag workflow risks, timeline issues, or asset quality concerns to managers and stakeholders.
  • Assist with workflow improvements and automation-ready practices such as file cropping and file naming.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years of experience in design production, artwork localization, project coordination, marketing creative, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop with understanding of basic typography, layout, and production standards.
  • Familiarity with Airtable, asset management systems, or similar project-tracking tools.
  • Strong understanding of various file formats, file resolutions, and their uses.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and comfort working in dynamic, deadline-driven environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and vendors.

Additional Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented, operations-minded creative who enjoys balancing production and workflow coordination.
  • Comfortable navigating complex pipelines involving multiple teams, regions, partners, and localization nuances.
  • Proactive problem-solver who can anticipate issues and keep projects moving efficiently.
  • A team player eager to grow into workflow operations, asset management, creative production, or automation-support roles.
