Overview and Responsibilities
The Production & Studio Operations team is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Coordinator to support both the production sales and operations teams on the Hollywood Lot. The Production Services team serves as a liaison to production clients utilizing the 29 sound stages and New York backlot, across all genres and stages of production.
This role is responsible for handling day-to-day scheduling and coordination across multiple productions and backlot teams to ensure smooth operations. Please note that this is an administrative, corporate position and not a production office role.
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
- Support the SVP with calendar management, expense reports, rolling calls, and general administrative tasks
- Manage calendars for sound stages and studio lot locations, identify conflicts, and update production holds
- Troubleshoot issues and advocate on behalf of production to ensure the efficient execution of production needs
- Serve as an on-set liaison between productions and studio service departments, as needed
- Screen phone calls and emails related to production inquiries and elevate appropriately
- Manage on lot wardrobe spaces, ensuring they are kept in excellent condition and providing support throughout rental terms
- Manage reservations for shared production spaces, such as conference rooms and multi-purpose rooms
- Track Production support space allocations
- Process a high volume of facility license agreements, obtain signature, and organize documents for accessibility across teams
- Perform weekly billing in multiple systems
- Oversee the full procurement process, including purchase order creation and processing
- Communicate and track key contractual details to multiple stakeholders on a weekly basis
- Draft copy for notices, internal and external documents, capital forms, and presentations
Basic Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency using Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Bachelor's degree, desired
- 2+ years industry related experience, preferred
- Valid Driver License
Additional Qualifications:
- Detail oriented, organized, excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with staff, internal and external contacts (including production staff, outside vendors and partner company representatives) and senior management
- Adept at multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Knowledge of union jurisdictions in relation to job duties and responsibilities
- Knowledge of the production process, including but not limited to single camera television, multi-cam, features, commercials, music videos and special events
- Previous experience with Xytech, desired.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $55,000.00 - 61,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
