Overview:
Ready to build the future of Hollywood by driving strategic partnerships and high-stakes film financing? We're in search of a Vice President, Co-Financing and Partnerships to join the team at Paramount Pictures! This role will lead the studio’s strategic partnerships, including co-financiers sharing in the risk and investment of our film slate, overseeing and negotiating co-financing, distribution, and related deals to align with the studio’s creative and financial goals.

Responsibilities:
- Build and implement innovative co-financing strategies that strategically align the studio’s feature film slate with both creative ambitions and financial objectives
- Negotiate and structure complex co-financing and distribution deals with domestic and international partners, ensuring efficient terms for risk-sharing, recoupment, and creative control
- Develop, refine, and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate potential deal structures, forecast returns, and assess risk exposure to drive informed decision-making
- Champion and sustain positive relationships with a global network of financiers, distributors, and strategic partners, while proactively identifying new co-financing opportunities and emerging markets
- Collaborate with Business Affairs and Legal to draft, review, and finalize term sheets, distribution agreements, recoupment schedules, and other contractual documents in compliance with studio policies
- Partner with Business Development and senior executives across the studio to identify, pursue, and capitalize on new growth opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Production, Distribution, and Marketing teams to synchronize funding plans with production schedules, release strategies, and promotional initiatives
- Coordinate and monitor active co-financing deals by tracking performance, managing recoupment reporting, and delivering actionable updates and insights to senior leadership and external partners
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or JD preferred
- 10+ years of experience in film finance, investment banking, or entertainment deal-making
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $230,000.00 - 250,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
