Overview
The Vice President, Worldwide Print Production produces all worldwide print and digital materials for theatrical marketing. This role works closely with senior creative advertising and digital teams, as well as marketing heads, to create and deliver finished artwork files for worldwide print and digital assets. Responsibilities include contributing to concept design, comp layout, development of final mechanicals, and finalizing artwork for print and digital use. The print and digital materials include, but are not limited to, one-sheets, standees, outdoor, newspaper, publicity, awards campaign ads, digital, and in-theater materials. In addition, the team creates the localization of the international print and digital materials for over 50 markets. Additional responsibilities include gathering competitive bids from vendors, managing the trafficking of final digital files, overseeing the shipment of printed materials worldwide, and securing bids for international shipping of print materials.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of four and several vendor implants.
- Lead all aspects of the creation and delivery of worldwide print and digital materials.
- Work directly with other internal teams, all agencies, and print vendors to create and produce the work, negotiate pricing, and provide clear timelines.
- Be responsible for all domestic and international assets for print and digital
- Manage all domestic and international mechanicals, collaborating with internal teams and creative executives for final approval.
- Collaborating with creative executive to craft, build, and manage concepts for final approval.
- Print and press check all OOH from the media buy and in-theater materials from the in-theater timeline chart.
- Lead all aspects of the creation and approval of all mechanicals and the localization of all print and digital assets, including titles, posters, and OOH.
- Manage special filmmaker print requests and print projects.
- Oversees & monitor budgets and supervise bid requests for worldwide shipping of materials through physical distribution department.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in motion picture studio print production.
- 7+ years of managerial experience.
- Experience managing all aspects of worldwide print production for feature film marketing and advertising campaigns, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
- Expertise in supervising the entire print production workflow, from pre-press to final delivery, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
- Possesses in-depth expertise in print production for feature film marketing and advertising.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, including converting creatively designed art files to digital and CMYK formats for print.
- Managed film print budgets, delivering projects within financial constraints.
- Experience mentoring and developing a high-performing team, encouraging a positive and collaborative environment.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $165,000.00 - 200,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
