We are looking for a dynamic Publicity & Communications Coordinator to support our LATAM Publicity & Communications team and the team's SVP. This role is perfect for someone who leads with curiosity and integrity, brings a genuine desire to grow, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Our ideal candidate is energetic, adaptable, and composed — someone who feels equally at ease engaging with senior leaders, colleagues, agencies, and vendors in a professional, approachable, and positive way.
What you'll be doing:
- Support the LATAM Publicity & Comms team with budget management, including opening and closing POs, onboarding vendors to internal payment tools, and general budget tracking.
- Assist the team and their agencies in creating and managing key documents such as nomination grids, coverage reports, and newsletters.
- Help plan and staff internal events (All Hands Meetings, Town Halls) and external events (premieres, press junkets, screenings).
- Coordinate high-level meetings and events for the Mexico City and other offices, including scheduling, agenda creation, logistics, space planning, and catering.
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports for the SVP of LATAM Publicity & Communications.
- Make thoughtful, informed decisions regarding executives' availability and time management.
- Track deadlines, follow up on pending actions, and proactively flag priorities.
- Handle highly confidential documents and information with discretion and professionalism.
- Build and maintain an internal network of EAs, Coordinators, Facilities contacts, and other key stakeholders.
What you bring to the team:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of administrative experience with strong technical proficiency.
- Background supporting communications or public relations teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with a team-first mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with digital media, TV, and streaming landscapes.
- Genuine interest in communications and public relations.
- Experience in media, entertainment, or production environments.
