Paramount Pictures is looking for a Promotions Coordinator to join our Promotions team in Mexico. The main responsibility will be to support the team, collaborating in the strategy and execution of promotional activities for Paramount Pictures Mexico titles.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the Promotions Manager in presentations, partner meetings and follow-up on promotional asset development and approval processes.
  • Coordinate audio/visual and print asset production.
  • Manage promotional items inventory and shipping.
  • Submit and follow up on Marketing department Purchase Orders.
  • Manage the screenings platform (Paramount Premieres).
  • Support event organization: premieres, red carpets, talent visits, among others.
  • Market and vendor research.

 

We are looking for professionals with a degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications, with an advanced level of English. We seek detail-oriented individuals with excellent communication skills, multitasking ability, creativity and strong organizational skills. Knowledge and passion for the entertainment industry will be highly valued.
