Revenue Cycle Analyst
Is this the role for you?
This role plays a key part in supporting the Revenue Cycle operations for Paramount Pictures in Mexico. You will contribute directly to the success of our business by helping ensure timely and accurate billing, cash collection, and the resolution of customer disputes.
As part of this position, you will collaborate closely with teams across regions. You will report directly to the Revenue Cycle Manager based in Rio de Janeiro and also maintain a secondary reporting line to the Revenue Cycle Management in Amsterdam. What will you be doing?
Key Responsibilities
- Control weekly box office data in the billing systems (Portal/Maccsbox).
- Analyze variances between Comscore and BOR figures and verify percentages.
- Maintain direct communication with bookers and the Sales Director, ensuring awareness of all negotiated commercial conditions.
- Issue weekly invoices based on exhibitor‑reported figures.
- Export and import files to Click Factura, validating official numbers and identifying any discrepancies.
- Perform monthly checks to ensure payment complements (complementos de pago) have been processed.
- Execute invoice and payment complement cancellations in the Click Factura portal when required.
- Prepare payer forms and support documentation.
- Export daily bank statements and ensure all receipts are controlled and applied in SAP accurately.
- Reconcile invoices and investigate differences.
- Follow up with exhibitors who are late in submitting weekly box office results or late in making payments, sending reminders as needed.
- Support the Guarantees process in close collaboration with the Sales team.
- Liaise with Click Factura, IT teams, exhibitors, and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot system or data issues.
- Assist the Cash Accounting team with accounts receivable inquiries.
- Provide support to exhibitors and other business areas whenever required.
- Prepare monthly Aging reports and tax‑related reports.
- Produce two or more Billing and Accounts Receivable reports as assigned.
- Ensure weekly billing is completed with accurate information.
- Maintain accuracy in reconciling values received in the bank with those applied in the system.
- Perform any additional responsibilities required by the business.

- Internal: Revenue Cycle Manager, Managing Directors, Marketing and Sales teams, EBSC & Revenue Cycle Management based in Amsterdam, IT Department.
- External: All Exhibitors, Click Factura, Maccs Support.
What are we looking for?
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience in billing and accounts receivable.
- Fluent Spanish.
- Fluent or intermediate English skills (reading, verbal, and written).
- Solid experience preparing and analyzing financial reports in Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Experience collaborating with clients, banks, and IT teams to resolve issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet‑based software.
- Strong team player who can also work independently, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
Desirable
- Experience working for a U.S.-owned company.
- Knowledge of the Click Factura system and processes, including invoicing and complementos de pago.
- Experience with MACCS, SAP, or Oracle is a plus.
