SCOPE
This role oversees the growth strategy and execution for paid growth channels of our
AVOD (Pluto TV) and SVOD (Paramount+ and Noggin) businesses, with the objective of
reaching the number of subscribers, revenue and overall acquisition costs.
The role will manage the data driven full growth funnel marketing for OTT within Spanish
Latin America, based on rapid experimentation and validated learning. Defining together
with the team for each step of the funnel, the traction channel and the content/copy and
UX associated.
This position also champions the consumer journey for the D2C products within the
streaming organization. The role reports to the Latin America User Acquisition & Demand
Marketing Senior Director.
OBJECTIVES
• Drive audience acquisition and growth strategies.
• Delivering the Growth goals around Subscribers, CAC, LTV, funnel efficiency,
Churn and ARPU.
• Work with International team around the development of the growth stack and
analytics tools.
• Managing third party agencies to successfully face demands and goals we can’t
support with internal team members.
• A/B testing coordination with the International Team.
• Execute performance and growth activities to reach subscription acquisition.
• Own and present to leadership key performance metrics around customer
acquisition, cost per new customer, etc.
FUNCTIONS
As responsible of the growth marketing, you will be responsible for the following:
• Execute strategy to grow user baser, including directly program
campaigns for multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Goolge, etc.).
• Track record of success and growth.
• Develop, manage, innovate and lead strategies to grow user acquisition.
• Leverage and exploit opportunities for new initiatives, products and
subscription services.
• Implement strategies that build audience and unlock growth.
• Translate strategies, objectives and business targets into successful
programs and campaigns using effective tactics and methodologies.
• Maximize acquisition and campaign efficiencies across channels,
partners, and platforms.
• Analyze challenges, identify alternative solutions.
• Develop, monitor and constantly evaluate ROI.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in direct to consumer growth marketing,
with proven success achieving goals.
• Experience also in media and subscription would be a plus. Capacity to
collaborate with different areas involved in the growth initiatives
(Product, Marketing, BI, creative, content).
• Capacity to coordinate with International, and with different teams
preferred.
• Ability and flexibility to adapt to changes in schedules and delivery.
Understanding of overall cross-platform attribution.
• Excellent data analysis skills, analytical mind and
curious/entrepreneurial mindset.
• Track record of success in developing and optimizing marketing
automation tools.
• Product/CRM expertise leading development and partnering in
execution of test plans, automation efforts, and maximizing
channel/communication impact.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing analytics, tracking program
performance, and testing results.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent proficiency in verbal and written communication in Spanish and
English. Portuguese is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial mindset and resilient spirit
with experience navigating cross-functional organizations
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Knowledge in TV Content.
• Consumer of entertainment content and interest in it.
• LATAM market experience.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• BS/BA in related field preferred.
• Master’s degree in a related field (is a plus).
