Sports Multi-Skilled Photographer

CBS Miami is looking for an experienced Sports Multi-Skilled Photographer. Duties will include the shooting and editing of sports stories, MMJ reporting, producing and fill-in anchoring. This role also includes setting up live shots, using professional audio equipment, and working independently or alongside anchors/reporters. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and be proficient with non-linear editing.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

· Shoot, produce, write, and edit sports segments and shows

· Assist with the creation and production of high-energy and innovative sports content

· Solid photography & writing skills

· Must be able to troubleshoot minor equipment problems in the field and monitor/perform basic vehicle maintenance

· Manage and ingest media efficiently

· MMJ creative stories

· Other duties assigned by Manager

Basic Qualifications:

· 3+ years of experience

· Grass Valley Edius or similar platform editing experience

· LIVE U backpacks or similar technology experience

· A valid license and a good driving record

· Must be willing to work holidays, nights, and weekends and travel on short notice
