Overview
The Creative Marketing International team for Paramount+ is looking for an experienced Marketing Localization Manager, with demonstrated success localizing marketing materials and creative campaigns internationally. Their focus is to help establish and lead all aspects of the end-to-end localization of marketing assets, supporting Single Title Campaigns and Regional launch priority titles.

While also adhering to studio guidelines, international safety and contractual restrictions. This means that they excel in handling a large volume of assets with competing priorities and needs.

Responsibilities
- Lead the marketing localization pipeline, including localized graphic packages, subtitling, and dubbing of short form assets (trailers/promos), in over 6 languages.
- Establish end-to-end localization schedule, including defining due dates and backout timings for asset releases, so that all campaign beats are realistic and feasible.
- Own localization for all planned and ad hoc requests from central to international teams.
- Work cross-functionally across various internal central and international teams to ensure localization requirements and deadlines are met. As well as, maintaining clear communication on availability and readiness of localized assets.
- Manage day-to-day critical issues and troubleshooting with cross-functional collaborator, production, and operations teams.
- Establish and own localization vendor relationships, including rates, workload estimates, internal review process, training and onboarding.
- Manage day-to-day localization vendors, monitoring technical quality standards and creative integrity on all project deliverables according to Paramount+ creative guidelines.
- Be a technical liaison between internal creative, strategy, and operations teams, as well as localization, production, and tooling vendors.
- Partner with Head of Content and Title Marketing to develop localization standard methodology guidelines/playbook.
- Develop and implement a roadmap to eliminate, simplify, or automate bottlenecks and ineffective elements of the current workflow in conjunction with cross-functional teams.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in localization of marketing materials for premium content and global brands, with an emphasis on localization of short form content at scale.
- From an entertainment studio, post-production house or creative content agency.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Possess strong project management, presentation and communication (written and verbal) skills, including experience with project management software (eg: AirTable, Smartsheet or Asana).
- Expert in localization workflows, including managing copy translation/transcreation, graphic packages, subtitling and dubbing of short-content promotional materials.
- Proficient in video localization technical specifications, audio and video file formats, regional frame rates, and production pipelines.
- Experience handling high volume global creative campaigns in parallel, collaborating with diverse geographically-dispersed teams to deliver localized promotional materials.
- Deep familiarity of marketing campaign workflows, including the creative and production process of promotional AV and artwork materials for global distribution.
- Strong network of regional partners and vendors who can help scale efficiently and effectively.
Additional Qualifications
- Experience with international marketing asset/content distribution highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of industry standard internationalization and localization practices, tools, and solutions.
- Proficient in MS Office (including PowerPoint) and Google Sheets.
- Foreign Language skills a plus (Italian-German-French or Spanish).
- Data analysis skills.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
- Ability and flexibility to adapt to changes in schedules and delivery.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial mentality and resilient spirit with experience navigating cross-functional organization.
