We now have a rare opportunity for someone with strong experience in administrative/data work and supervisory skills to join our Ad Traffic department in Brisbane. This is permanent full-time role, and you’ll require a car to reach our office at Mt Coot-tha.

Enough about us! What you’ll do as a Traffic Operations Senior: 
 
The Traffic Operations Senior works as a link between the Traffic Operations team and the Head of Traffic, overseeing the seamless processing of advertising bookings into our on-air systems and ensuring that there are no errors and critical deadlines are met. 

If you are a highly organized person who is looking at a way to bring their administrative and supervisory skills to a new industry, this role will put you in the heart of one of the biggest media & entertainment organisations in the world. 
  
Responsibilities will also include: 
 

• overseeing and supporting the Traffic teams
• Supporting the Traffic Operations Manager with tasks as required
• Taking last minute requests / bookings / changes to meet client’s requests and ensuring all requests are responded back to Sales
• Resolving the schedule reconciliation
• Clearing of waitlist and tasks for End of Month compliance reporting

What are we looking for in a Traffic Operations Senior? What’s important?  

Whilst specific experience in a similar role is not essential, these are the skills and knowledge we’re looking for: 
•    A customer-focused, sales orientated approach to meeting client expectations
•    Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and dashboard apps
•    Detail oriented, organised, flexible, timely and accurate
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
•    Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt and meet deadlines
•    Exceptional interpersonal skills, working across many internal teams
•    Previous experience in Media/Traffic would be highly regarded, though not essential
