Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Analyst to join our Paramount Domestic Theatrical Billings and Collections team. This role, based in our Nashville office, plays a key part in managing box office collections, data entry, and supporting financial operations across our theatrical business. The ideal candidate is organized, initiative-taking, and comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Contacting exhibitors and vendors for box office reports
Perform data entry of box office reports in the sales system, SMART
Review and tackle issues with the interface of box office files into SMART
Perform film box office analysis by film format for fee payments
Generate weekly box office error reports and work with the sales team to address issues
Provide supporting documentation on audit requests
Handle Ad Hoc requests for theatrical A/R analysts

Basic Requirements

1+ years related experience

Additional Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
Strong data entry experience
Good communication skills in verbal and written English
Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience in a multi-location company
Experience in Media Billing and sales systems preferred
Ability to multitask and deal with ambiguity
Ability to meet critical deadlines and deadlines for management deliverables
Ability to evaluate problems and identify a unique approach
Ability to deal with conflicts in a cross-functional environment
Team-oriented person who can focus on details
Ability to operate in a dynamic environment
Self-motivator and innovative
Ability to use discretion, maintain customer confidentiality, and act with integrity MP
