Overview and Responsibilities 
 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Analyst to join our Paramount Domestic Theatrical Billings and Collections team. This role, based in our Nashville office, plays a key part in managing box office collections, data entry, and supporting financial operations across our theatrical business. The ideal candidate is organized, initiative-taking, and comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
 
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
 
•    Contacting exhibitors and vendors for box office reports
•    Perform data entry of box office reports in the sales system, SMART 
•    Review and tackle issues with the interface of box office files into SMART
•    Perform film box office analysis by film format for fee payments
•    Generate weekly box office error reports and work with the sales team to address issues
•    Provide supporting documentation on audit requests 
•    Handle Ad Hoc requests for theatrical A/R analysts
 
Basic Requirements
 
•    Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field
•    2-3 years related experience
•    Proficiency in English
•    Strong data entry experience
•    Analytical Skills

•    Strong Communication Skills
 
Additional Requirements: 
 
•    Good communication skills in verbal, written, and interpersonal forms.
•    Experience in a multi-location company 
•    Experience in Media Billing and sales systems preferred
•    Strong communication skills - oral, written, interpersonal
•    Analytical and proficient problem-solving skills
•    Ability to multitask and deal with ambiguity
•    Ability to meet deadlines for management deliverables
•    Ability to evaluate problems and identify a unique approach
