Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director, Corporate Real Estate to oversee our real estate portfolio across multiple regions. This role will plan, manage, perform and direct all aspects of real estate transactions related to the acquisition, disposition and leasing of properties throughout our portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of analytical acumen, market insight, and operational management to drive value across our real estate assets.
 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

•    Manage regional portfolio of Paramount Skydance’s real estate holdings including CBS’s antennas, transmitters and cameras.
•    Serve as advisor and transaction lead for expansions, relocations, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions.
•    Lead negotiations with landlords, brokers, and service providers; manage contracts and ensure compliance.
•    Partner with service providers in identifying opportunities and risks in target markets.
•    Collaborate with legal, risk, finance and tax teams to manage lease agreements, contracts, compliance, vendor relationships and regulatory issues.
•    Communicate skillfully with senior leadership and business stakeholders, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
 
 

Basic Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
•    10+ years of experience in corporate real estate management or commercial property operations; ideally in a large, complex, multi-national organization.
•    Proven track record in lease negotiation, portfolio optimization, and strategic planning.
•    Strong understanding of real estate law, compliance, and financial modeling.
 
 

Additional Qualifications:

•    Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
