Paramount is looking for a Manager to join the Procure to Pay team! The Procure to Pay Manager of Vendor Onboarding and Maintenance is a critical role in ensuring Paramount Global suppliers have a smooth and timely onboarding experience. In this role, you will be responsible for the management of the members of the local PTP vendor setup team and oversight of the global members of the team located in Budapest, Buenos Aires, Tel Viv and Australia.


Responsibilities
•    Manage hiring and training of new resources to the vendor management team
•    Manage the workload to ensure the team is completing all responsible tasks within the agreed service level agreement (SLA)
•    Assist the director with managing the relationship between Paramount Global and Graphite (vendor onboarding company)
•    Audit/validate new vendor requests and changes to existing vendors
•    Handle escalations from internal business contacts
•    Ensure all RampUp cases are responded to within the SLA
•    Work closely with the PTP technical services and Graphite teams to address any break fix, improvement and upgrades
•    Manage integration errors working closely with Paramount Global technical team
•    Identify areas of process improvements
•    Manage based on metrics reporting
 

Basic Qualifications
•    Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred, not required
•    6 -7 years of Accounts Payable experience


Additional Qualifications
•    Experience with a Global company with multi-location sites
•    Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and OneNote
•    SAP Experience
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
