The Pay To Procure team works closely with various departments across CBS, Showtime, Viacom, and Paramount globally. We support vendors and internal departments for all steps from supplier onboarding to payments. The PTP team is also very involved in any new procedures or systems that are implemented for Paramount globally.

In this role, the intern will be assisting the PTP Managers with the management of RampUP. The intern will be Following up on escalations from the business on vendor setup, invoice processing, and payments. The intern will Review metrics on volume/SLA and communicate delays to the PTP Managers. Also, the intern will be Capturing meeting notes during key meetings with the PTP team.

The team’s summer format will be Remote. 

Basic Qualifications: 

Currently acquiring a major in Computer Science.

Has a technical background.

Has experience in coding, and working with systems that handle reporting tools

Great attention to detail. 

Stellar written and communication skills.

The hourly rate for this position is $20.0. 

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.  The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable,  as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
