•    Partner with Finance, Technology, and Business Operations teams to build scalable, standardized processes that support global revenue streams and compliance requirements.
•    Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization and process enhancement.
•    Collaborate with teams across different functions and geographic locations to ensure systematic execution, stakeholder alignment, and adoption of new tools and processes.
•    Monitor and report on key achievements, risks, and interdependencies, ensuring timely issue elevation and resolution through a governance framework.
•    Support change management efforts by contributing to training, communications, and stakeholder engagement specific to GBS transformation impacts.
•    Champion automation initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce manual processes, and improve operational performance.

Basic Qualifications:
•    12+ years of experience in project management, finance transformation, or ERP implementation, with a focus on GBS operations.
•    Demonstrated success leading workstreams in Oracle Fusion or similar ERP platforms.
•    Strong understanding of O2C and S2P processes and controls, including integration with upstream and downstream systems.
•    Proven ability to lead process optimization initiatives and drive operational change.
•    Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles, with a clear understanding of how O2C and S2P processes integrate with A/R, A/P, and the general ledger.

Additional Qualifications:

•    PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
•    Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud, or similar ERP system, modules related to O2C and S2P.
