Overview & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a diligent and analytical Senior Analyst of Procurement to deliver data-driven insights that guide Paramount’s sourcing and supplier management decisions. Sitting within the Facilities & Services Procurement team, this role conducts spend analysis, tracks savings, and develops executive-ready reporting to inform sourcing strategy across facilities categories. In addition to analytics, the role provides project management support to facilities-related initiatives and partners closely with procurement and vendor management teams. This role ensures procurement delivers measurable impact to Paramount’s growth, resilience, and profitability. This position reports to the VP of Procurement, Facilities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conduct detailed analysis of spend data to identify cost drivers and savings opportunities.
- Build dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and procurement initiatives.
- Conduct supplier and category benchmarking to inform sourcing strategies.
- Provide data, cost modeling, and analysis during sourcing events and vendor evaluations.
- Support project management activities for facilities-related procurement initiatives, including timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination.
- Assist with supplier relationship and vendor management activities across Facilities & Services categories.
- Support audits and ensure adherence to procurement policies.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, transformational environment with adaptability, entrepreneurial thinking, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrate continuous learning and a growth mindset, accepting challenges as opportunities.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field required.
- 3+ years of procurement, finance, or supply chain analytics experience; experience supporting facilities or services categories preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and BI tools for spend analysis and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and quantitative analysis skills.
- Ability to manage projects, timelines, and partners with rigor and accountability.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with ERP procurement systems and BI platforms.
- Experience in procurement and/or vendor management strongly preferred.
- Effective communicator, able to present complex data clearly.
- Great teammate with a continuous learning approach.
- Entrepreneurial perspective with adaptability, resilience, and a growth orientation in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
