T&E Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute specifically built Concur queries for all approved and paid expense reports every week.
- Review and analyze all domestic and international Paramount Pictures expense reports reported on the weekly Concur query.
- Determine the risk assessment and prioritize the findings.
- Provide Management with results of T&E policy findings of all infractions.
- Work with employees with T&E policy infractions to enhance their knowledge of the policies to prevent future issues.
- Support all employees who need assistance and guidance with expense reports.
- Demonstrate and practice high professional integrity and ethical responsibility in all business activities.
- Acts as a role model for the Viacom Code of Conduct and demonstrates the highest ethical standards.
- Create and amend queries to analyze the policy criteria.
- Propose policy enhancements to Management.
- Special projects as called upon by management
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Concur experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Advanced proficiency with Concur, Word, and Excel
- Must be solutions-oriented, self-motivated, highly organized, and flexible.
- Comfortable with written and verbal communication of quantitative and qualitative information with executives.
- Excellent documentation and attention to detail
- Internal customer focus.
Desired skills:
- Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Access, Visio.
- Ability to work independently, lead, and participate in cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to interact with employees at all levels.
- Intellectual curiosity and professional commitment to excellence.
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex data.
