Overview
The Vice President of Global T&E and Card Administration leads corporate travel and expense operations, card programs, fraud analytics and compliance across all regions. This role ensures policy adherence, optimizes processes, and drives strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, control, and risk management.
This position reports to the SVP, Global Accounting Operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain global T&E policies and ensure compliance through training and communication.
- Manage corporate and purchasing card programs, including banking relationships and credit risk oversight.
- Oversee transition from Concur to Oracle Fusion and lead ongoing system enhancements and integrations.
- Direct T&E audit function and implement controls to minimize misuse and fraud.
- Lead and manage the Fraud, Analytics, Monitoring, and Compliance team to identify and mitigate employee and supplier fraud using advanced data analytics and forensic techniques.
- Establish fraud detection frameworks, monitoring dashboards, and escalation protocols for suspicious activity.
- Collaborate with internal audit, compliance, and legal teams to investigate and address fraud cases.
- Provide analytical reporting and insights to business unit CFOs and senior executives to support decision-making.
- Integrate new acquisitions into T&E processes while ensuring adherence to local regulatory requirements.
- Drive automation, standardization, and continuous process improvement across global operations.
- Manage a diverse team of ~25 employees across multiple global locations (NYC, LA, Budapest, Nashville).
- Serve as primary escalation point for senior management on T&E matters.
- Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to implement system changes and ensure seamless integrations.
- Monitor and report on expenditure trends, policy non-compliance, delinquent reconciliations, and card status management.
- Partner with Procurement and Finance to align T&E processes with broader spend management strategies.
- Support executives with strategic planning and ad-hoc projects related to T&E compliance and policy.
Basic Qualifications
- 15+ years of relevant experience, including a lead role in global T&E and card programs.
Additional Qualifications
- Expertise in Concur and Oracle systems; experience with general ledger integrations preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster an inclusive culture.
- Prior experience in entertainment/media and international operations a plus.
