We are looking to add a Cable Account Manager to our team!

 

The Account Manager will be responsible for supporting business development efforts and inventory requests. This individual will work with a designated sales team to ensure flawless campaign planning as well as provide optimal client service support for assigned advertisers and agencies. The Account Manager will serve client inquiries and requests pertaining to the cable portfolio, which include preparing proposals and client presentations and providing clients with pricing and inventory availability. They will also have strong client service and communication skills, and a desire to support cable partnership efforts. 

 

Overview and Responsibilities: 

●    Partner with an Account Executive to build client relationships while helping upsell & renew Cable business 
●    Streamline processes for maximizing efficiency across teams including deal setup, unit swaps/adjustments, inventory issues, sponsorship setup, and delivery 
●    Work with Marketing and Research to develop client decks to promote new business development and growth 
●    Project manage and coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary elements for marketing campaign execution 
●    Work with Sales Associates to monitor and optimize campaign execution and delivery 
●    Participate in the negotiation process of upfront and scatter deals with internal pricing and inventory teams 
●    Deliver cable plans and work through client requests  
●    Manage day to day communications with clients

 

Basic Qualifications:
•    2+ years of relevant experience (internships and freelance work included)

•    Associates or Bachelors Degree 


Additional Qualifications:
•    High proficiency in MS Office Products like: PowerPoint and Excel, as well as Google Suite Products
•    A strong desire to win and grow as an ad sales professional
•    Exceptional communication and organizational skills
•    Strong written communication skills and ability to think creatively
•    Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced sales environment
•    Must be extremely organized, detailed, and accurate with exceptional foresight
•    A dedicated and driven work ethic

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

Hiring Salary Range: $69,000.00 - 73,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.  The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable,  as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.  This position is eligible to earn sales incentive compensation.
