As an Analyst on the Advanced Advertising Solutions team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the sales, activation, and performance analysis of audience-based campaigns across National Linear and Digital platforms. You’ll help evaluate and summarize audience segmentation methodologies, assess data quality and applicability, and contribute to the evolution of our proprietary optimization and reporting capabilities. Your success will be measured by campaign quality, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
This role requires a strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Operations, and external partners to ensure seamless execution and continuous innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in technical pre-sales for audience-based campaigns, offering expertise on data sets, KPIs, optimization strategies, and performance benchmarks.
- Collaborate with sales and client teams to monitor and track campaign performance to ensure seamless activation and post-campaign analysis across platforms.
- Monitor and maintain audience segments and delivery for active campaigns, ensuring accuracy and consistency across data vendors and viewership platforms.
- Analyze outputs from third-party data providers to validate segment performance and fidelity.
- Work closely with internal teams across Sales, Product, and Operations to align on campaign goals, troubleshoot issues, and share insights
- Provide day-to-day operational support
Basic Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in advanced TV, ad tech, consumer segmentation, or data-driven advertising; or relevant background in media buying, planning or operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable insights.
- Advanced in Excel
- Interest in advanced advertising and innovation
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- An understanding of media math
- Experience with targeted media campaign activation across digital, addressable, programmatic, or linear TV is preferred.
- Understanding of media analytics, including data collection, aggregation, and visualization.
Additional Qualifications:
- Passion for problem-solving and the ability to find answers to difficult questions
- Ability to collaborate across various teams
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once, prioritize actions, deadlines, and anticipate solutions

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $60,000.00 - 65,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
