We’ve got the brands, we’ve got the stars, we’ve got the power to achieve our mission to entertain the planet – now all we’re missing is… YOU! Becoming a part of Paramount means joining a team of passionate people who not only recognize the power of content but also enjoy a touch of fun and uniqueness. Together, we co-create moments that matter – both for our audiences and our employees – and aim to leave a positive mark on culture.

Our Advanced Advertising group is seeking a curious, data-driven Product Analyst to join our Product team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with teams across Paramount - including Operations, Sales, Engineering, and Data Science - to turn data into insights and insights into product decisions. This is an onsite role that requires (5) days in office based in New York City, NY.

We’re looking for a highly motivated, well-organized individual who’s excited to dig into data, learn technical implementation details, and play a meaningful role in product prioritization and roadmap planning.

Responsibilities
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute our reporting and analytics strategy across Sales, Planning, and Technical organizations
•    Support and train business users on our products, including querying databases, acquiring data, and performing routine QA
•    Lead product demos for new releases, maintain clear and up-to-date release documentation, and facilitate user testing ahead of technical launches
•    Partner with Product Managers to prioritize feature development based on insights derived from analytics and user feedback
•    Work closely with our UI/UX lead to run user feedback sessions and synthesize insights from user interviews

Basic Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data/Business Analytics, Information Systems or 1–2 years of professional experience in an analytics-focused role with an emphasis on business intelligence and data-driven problem solving
•    Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain data and insights to business stakeholders
•    Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a passion for breaking down complex challenges into actionable data questions

Additional Qualifications
•    Experience with Digital and Linear Television environments
•    Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Pendo, Hotjar) and product design tools (e.g., Figma)
•    Interest in UI/UX design and conducting user research or feedback sessions
