Associate Manager, Activation, Paramount Brand Studio

The Associate Manager (based in either New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA) will support a director in all integration efforts across CBS Broadcast and help with day-to-day operations for the group. This role acts as a critical member of the team to help ensure that all aspects of the integration process (ideation, pitching, selling & execution) run efficiently.
We are looking for a candidate who is skilled at solving problems and is passionate about boosting advertising business growth across CBS programming.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Integration Execution: Support integration executions in and out of show across CBS Network (News, Daytime, Primetime, and Late Night), including client asset management, leading all aspects of production schedules, and managing internal approval processes for seamless execution
- Campaign & Project Management: Spearhead and track all custom in and out of show integration campaign elements/assets and deliverables to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain detailed RFP and project trackers, updating status reports as needed
- Client & Team Support: Provide ongoing support to clients and internal teams, acting as a central point of contact to ensure alignment across all partners
- Creative & Strategic Contribution: Assist in brainstorming and ideation sessions to develop compelling brand integrations that align with CBS programming
- Sales & Marketing Materials: Assist in the creation and maintenance of key sales materials (e.g., one-sheets, pitch decks, etc…) highlighting CBS programming and brand partnership opportunities
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitive brand integrations, providing insights and recommendations to help the team stay ahead in the marketplace
- Broadcast Library Management: Clip and archive brand integrations across all dayparts to maintain an up-to-date broadcast reference library
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Directors and internal departments to coordinate approvals and facilitate seamless execution of integrations
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years of experience at an agency, media company, sales organization or production is preferred
- Superior organizational skills, detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Clear communication skills to accurately articulate the requirements of the network and clients
- Must be able to work at a fast pace while managing multiple tasks and maintaining a professional attitude
- Must have a strong understanding of the current media landscape and be able to come to the table with creative ideas and strategies for all platforms
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively and forward think
- Good critical thinking and creative problem solving
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good attitude with desire to learn and work with cross-functional teams
- Working knowledge of CBS’s television programs and its brand
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word + Outlook

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $60,000.00 - 77,500.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
