Paramount Skydance is seeking a high-performing Associate Manager to join its Ad Sales Strategy team, a critical function within the organization. This role partners cross-functionally across the ad sales division, collaborating with sales, marketing, technology, finance, and research teams to support data-driven decision-making for Ad Sales Leadership. The team plays a central role in driving transformation across the Ad Sales organization by identifying and executing opportunities for sustainable revenue growth. The Associate Manager will be a key contributor, responsible for delivering rigorous analysis, strategic insights, and execution support across a broad range of high-impact strategy initiatives.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Assist in the development, management, and execution of the National Sales Incentive Compensation Plan for the Ad Sales organization, ensuring effective governance, data integrity, system management, and analytical rigor.
• Execute robust quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify trends, evaluate business performance, and develop data-driven insights and recommendations that inform strategic decision-making.
• Build Excel models and analyses to analyze trends.
• Create executive-ready PowerPoint materials that effectively visualize data, trends, and insights.
• Summarize disparate data into informative Executive summaries.
• Develop innovative, technology-driven solutions that enhance data accuracy, operational efficiency, and usability for all stakeholders.
• Monitor the advertising, marketing, and media/tech industry for key trends to formulate projections both short and long term
• Work cross-functionally with teams across digital and linear ad sales, integrated marketing, research, technology, finance, and business intelligence to support key projects.
• Work on special projects and ad hoc requests as needed
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree/Business Administrations/Business Management, 3-5 years’ experience in Media, Finance, Operations, or related field
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and strong attention to detail
• Can manage deliverables and small projects autonomously
• Familiarity with sales CRM and reporting tools, such as Salesforce, Google Data Studio, and Tableau or similar visualization tools
• Experience with large data sets, synthesizing insights, financial / operational modeling and recommending actions from data
• Proficiency in key frameworks for strategic analysis - for example, competitive analysis, key financial ratios, SWOT analysis, market/industry analysis, etc.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey key messages across diverse functions within the organization.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $70,000.00 - 77,500.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
