Overview and Responsibilities:
Paramount is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join the team! In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce platform! The ideal candidate will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and domain experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes.
Responsibilities:

Handle Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations.

Handle all administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.

Design, develop, and test automation flows.

Work directly with partners to collect business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented.

Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.

Build and maintain documentation, including process flows, data models, and user guides.

Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform.

Deliver training and support to Salesforce users.

Collaborate with IT and other groups to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance.

Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and standard processes.

Reviews test plans and scripts against requirements for completeness and accuracy.

Perform application testing which includes detailing test scripts, performing test scripts, detailing results, and logging/handling issues.

Facilitate rollout activities that are needed for support and making projects successful – UAT, business user training, and documentation.

Support an Agile software development process, working in conjunction with end users, partners, technical delivery teams and program management.

Provide guidance and assistance to the applications users and support teams on all aspects of application deployment, training, and support, including installation, configuration, and first and second tier support. Identify and resolve issues, including issue tracking and escalation.
Basic Qualifications:

Desired but not required Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

2+ years experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role working on the Salesforce platform.

Solid grasp of Salesforce platform and its capabilities.

Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and reporting.

Strong Data skills and proficiency with data capabilities of Excel and/or SQL.
Additional Qualifications:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst) are a plus

Experience with Salesforce Lightning

Advanced knowledge of User configuration and maintenance (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, etc.)

In-depth knowledge of Security features (sharing settings, field accessibility, etc)

Advanced knowledge of Objects, Fields, Automations/Flows, etc.

Knowledge of Agile processes and principals

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Strong interest and proficiency towards continuous improvement, process efficiency and scale, and technology and automation solutions

Excellent documentation skills & experience creating detailed reports.

Ability to work independently with little direction to drive the understanding of requirements and work across the team for the implementation of new processes, procedures, or implementations

Excellent project management skills and a positive outlook

Good communication skills and the ability to work multi-functionally with various partners

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $80,000.00 - 95,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
