We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized freelance Creative Services Coordinator to coordinate the workflow of our in-house creative agency. The ideal candidate will have experience managing both static and motion graphic deliverables and a keen eye for detail, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all projects.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Organize and coordinate in-house agency workflow, ensuring smooth collaboration across multiple projects by prioritizing tasks, managing timelines, and facilitating communication with Senior Directors to meet milestones.
  • Monitor and track deliverables with creative teams, ensuring they meet deadlines and brand standards by regularly reviewing progress and addressing bottlenecks with Senior Directors.
  • Collaborate with producers and stakeholders to develop deliverable lists, establish clear expectations, and ensure timely tracking and approval of assets.
  • Oversee the logo library, ensuring assets are stored, updated, and accessible, maintaining brand integrity.
  • Ensure proper naming conventions are followed for organized file management and easy access, supporting seamless collaboration across teams.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including updating projects in Smart Sheets and Airtable, taking meeting notes, and scheduling meetings in Outlook to support smooth team operations.
  • Assist with legal clearances, ensuring all creative assets comply with brand, licensing, and legal guidelines before public or internal use.
  • Support special projects, shoots, and edits as needed, providing coordination and hands-on assistance to ensure smooth execution and delivery.

 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in project management or coordination within an in-house creative service team or agency, overseeing timelines and multiple projects.
  • Experience managing static and motion graphic deliverables, understanding the distinct workflows and resource needs for each type - AV, static, display.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite to effectively collaborate with the creative team and track progress.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all assets meet brand guidelines and are properly managed.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities and adapting to changing priorities.

Hiring Salary Range: $21.15 - 26.44. 

 

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
