#WeAreParamount on a mission to unleash the power of content… you in?
We’ve got the brands, we’ve got the stars, we’ve got the power to achieve our mission to entertain the planet – now all we’re missing is… YOU! Becoming a part of Paramount means joining a team of passionate people who not only recognize the power of content but also enjoy a touch of fun and uniqueness. Together, we co-create moments that matter – both for our audiences and our employees – and aim to leave a positive mark on culture.

In this role, you’ll help power the Digital Asset Management platform used across Paramount Studios to store, manage, and deliver media content worldwide. You’ll work hands‑on with video, captions, subtitles, and marketing assets—supporting everything from asset ingest and quality control to metadata management and user onboarding—while partnering with IT on system enhancements. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the intersection of technology and media production and wants to support the global distribution of premium content!

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate the intake, organization, tracking, and long-term preservation of both digital and physical assets spanning shortform and longform programming. This includes scripted and unscripted content across Paramount Television, Paramount+, Showtime, MTV, Nickelodeon, etc. Ensure assets are properly received, logged, categorized, and stored in accordance with company standards, while maintaining accessibility for downstream distribution, marketing, production, and archival needs.

· Support the strategic migration and validation of legacy physical & digital assets into a centralized DAM platform. Partner closely with the Manager of DAM Systems Operations to help implement automated workflows that streamline ingest, metadata mapping, validation checkpoints, and archival logic. Perform quality control audits to confirm data integrity, proper file associations, and accurate metadata translation during migration.

· Collaborate on system upgrades, platform optimizations, and new feature implementations within the DAM and related asset management systems. Contribute to testing new functionalities, validating workflows, and identifying areas for efficiency gains. Assist in evaluating and refining opportunities for AI-driven metadata tagging, automation tools, and machine-learning enhancements to improve discoverability and reduce manual processes while maintaining metadata accuracy and consistency.

· Ensure all assets are tagged using established metadata schemas and controlled vocabulary. Maintain strict adherence to file naming conventions, asset categorization standards, technical metadata fields, rights information, and descriptive data. Serve as a gatekeeper for metadata integrity, ensuring assets are easily searchable, properly classified, and compliant with enterprise-wide governance standards.

· Review and verify detailed asset technical specifications and media integrity. Confirm all technical metadata aligns with internal documentation standards and distribution partner requirements, minimizing delivery errors and reducing downstream rework.

· Conduct thorough quality control reviews of distribution assets. Validate that all elements meet required platform, broadcast, and streaming specifications. Identify and escalate discrepancies or missing components to prevent delivery delays and ensure compliance with technical and contractual standards.

· Assist in entering, updating, and validating title-level metadata. Ensure accurate propagation of metadata into downstream systems. Support cross-departmental data consistency to ensure reliable reporting, scheduling accuracy, and distribution alignment.

· Serve as a resource for internal teams by fulfilling asset retrieval requests, troubleshooting metadata discrepancies, and assisting with urgent delivery needs. Provide timely responses in fast-paced production and distribution cycles, ensuring stakeholders have the materials required to meet deadlines.

· Facilitate secure and efficient delivery of assets using enterprise file transfer platforms. Monitor transfers, verify successful delivery, and maintain documentation for tracking and compliance purposes. Coordinate with partners to resolve technical issues and ensure uninterrupted asset exchange.

· Assist in adding and updating English and foreign title metadata to the Company’s MAM system and verify that the proper metadata populates into DAM platform, validating controlled vocabularies are in alignment.

· Collaborate with the DAM Manager on optimization of the DAM user experience, system navigation, workflow, and metadata schemas. Provide active support, communication, and education on system changes to end-users.
