The Coordinator, Distribution Operations, will play a key role in supporting the operational responsibilities of Paramount’s Distribution Operations team within US Networks Distribution. This role will focus primarily on the day-to-day execution of FAST channel distribution across Paramount’s portfolio, ensuring operational readiness, compliance with partner requirements, and seamless collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The Coordinator may also provide support across broader Distribution Operations functions as needed, including distribution of CBS broadcast and Paramount cable network content to MVPDs and vMVPDs.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the operational execution of FAST channel distribution.
  • Act as a liaison between Distribution Operations and internal teams (e.g., Sales, Content Delivery, Ad Operations, Product/Tech, Legal) to ensure FAST operational needs are met.
  • Assist in onboarding and supporting external distribution partners.
  • Track and resolve operational issues related to FAST channels, escalating as appropriate.
  • Maintain and update operational documentation and distribution trackers.
  • Provide partner support on FAST-related inquiries, working closely with senior members of the team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with Ad Operations to ensure FAST ad inventory requirements and delivery standards are met.
  • Assist with cross-functional projects tied to distribution renewals, content delivery requirements, or new partner launches.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement by identifying operational efficiencies and best practices.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in media operations, distribution, or a related field (internships and entry-level experience considered).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Copilot and its application across Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to team projects.

 

Additional Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the television, streaming, and digital video ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated interest in media distribution, operations, and the evolving streaming landscape.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 - 60,000.00. 

 

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.  The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable,  as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
