Division Overview:
The Product Marketing & Commercialization team is a group of product marketers and strategists within the Ad Sales organization who translate Paramount’s IP, platforms, and inventory into market-ready advertising products. This team defines packaging, positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies that drive scalable revenue.
We’re seeking a Coordinator to join the team that is responsible for designing broadly sellable offerings and solutions, marketing our capabilities by developing resources to support sales and pitch efforts, and collaborating across Paramount Advertising—as well as with our editorial, product, and platform teams—to maximize ad revenue and identify new opportunities. We’re seeking an entry-level Coordinator with a passion for entertainment, media, marketing, and the business of ad sales, along with a curiosity to learn and grow in the industry.
Role Details:
The Coordinator of Product Marketing & Commercialization sits within the Ad Marketing & Intelligence organization of Paramount Advertising and is responsible for assisting in the development of sales enablement materials and maintenance of associated IP management tools (such as Airtable) for Paramount’s tentpoles, priority Specials and show programming, such as The Daily Show. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced and quickly evolving marketplace. This role will support and specialize in pre-sales, helping to manage go-to-market materials (including decks and media plans), RFP responses, internal tools, content ideation and general presentation materials.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Develop and/or support the development of go-to-market sponsorship opportunities and creative solutions that engage media buyers, provide audience value, and drive revenue for Paramount Advertising.
- Manage sales enablement tools including trackers and resource guides, that equip teams with key insights for successful selling.
- Assist with creating sales marketing collateral that positions assets (i.e. shows, tentpoles, and features) in a compelling manner and a positive light, maximizing client relevancy and Paramount's competitive distinctness.
- Participate in brainstorm sessions and regular standing status meetings with multiple internal departments, documenting key takeaways and keeping internal stakeholders informed.
- Liaise with multiple internal stakeholders to contribute to projects (such as Research & Insights, Yield, Post-Sale Activation, Content Teams, Sales, and more).
- Contribute to RFP responses, Sales inquiries, and broader ad sales growth initiatives by applying business unit expertise.
- Support day-to-day operations and team improvement projects to enhance efficiency and elevate overall work quality.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ years of professional experience, preferably in Entertainment, Advertising, or Marketing (strong internship experience considered)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

- Talent in distilling complex information into simple, memorable terms that sales and clients can grasp and act upon.
- Ability to conduct research and compile data to create materials and business recommendations utilized by senior management

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 - 57,500.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
