SO, WHATS THE JOB?
Paramount Brand Studio is seeking an outstanding Project Coordinator to join the Project Management team within Creative and Production. The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the workflow of projects across the organization, including post-production, motion graphics, ad creative and design work. They function as a support role assisting in driving projects forward and they are the point of contact across the Creative team, Activation and Pitch. The Project Coordinator is responsible for tracking details, creating schedules, detailing project information in Airtable, and organizing all final deliverables for the creative and production team.
Responsibilities:
Specific Duties May Include But Not Limited To:
- Coordinate day-to-day operations on the project management team
- Support the VP/Director/Post Supervisors/Art Directors by tracking availability of team members in order to assemble & assign working teams to each project
- Help organize requests working with all teams across Paramount Brand Studio and sales
- Responsible for updating Airtable with details of all projects when they are assigned
- Co-lead the ad creative workflow to ensure timely delivery
- Help gather and organize materials needed to complete projects from pitch, activation, marketing strategy, and sales
- Liaise with a number of teams across the sales organization for all requests
- Help oversee the creation of weekly billboards and other post-based creative when necessary.
- Archive all deliverables for all completed branded content and design projects
- Help assist post-production team with any post needs including working with the creation of pre-production books, postings of rough cuts and final delivery.
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree preferred
- 0-2 years of project management experience (Strong internship experience considered)

- Strong communication skills, ability to see the big picture and drive projects forward
- Proficiency in MS Office, and become proficient with OneDrive, Google Applications, Concur, Airtable, PowerPoint etc.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 - 57,500.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
