Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial for supporting the Sr. Director of Media Planning in the organization, management, and ongoing execution of digital media campaigns across various paid digital channels, with a focus on CTV/OTT.   The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about digital media.

 

Key Responsibilities:
●    Centralized Media Plan Management: Work with the Sr. Director to compile and consolidate diverse media plans into a single, comprehensive master document for a unified view of all media investments and campaign flighting.
●    Master Media Plan Maintenance: Own and update the master media plan weekly, ensuring meticulous accuracy of all data, budgets, flight dates, and placement details align with approved strategies and goals.
●    Performance Tracking and Optimization: Proactively track weekly campaign performance and optimization efforts (budget shifts, creative rotations, targeting) and ensure these real-time adjustments are accurately reflected and recorded in the master media plan.
●    Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central coordinator, collaborating with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Finance) and external partners to gather essential campaign inputs (assets, reports, schedules) for timely planning document updates.
●    Reporting and Analysis Support: Assist in preparing detailed campaign reports, summaries, and executive-level presentations for weekly reviews, including data visualization and summarizing insights with clarity and precision. Produce media plan recommendations and optimize campaign budget allocations. Track accordingly to ensure budget and campaign plans are adhered to.
●    Ad Hoc Project/Admin Support: Provide support for critical ad hoc projects (e.g., budget reconciliation, vendor onboarding) and manage essential administrative tasks for smooth Campaign Planning & Operations function.


 
Basic Qualifications:

●    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Advertising/Business or related field
●    2+ Years in marketing, media planning/buying/strategy, advertising or related field, with general understanding of Paid Social (TikTok, META, Pinterest, Reddit, etc), Programmatic DSP (DV360, Amazon, Yahoo), YouTube, Search (Apple, Google, Microsoft), and CTV/OTT (Roku, Amazon, Vizio, LG, Samsung, etc) buying & app performance (Kochava, Appflyer, etc) measurement 
●    Media and Advertising Acumen: Familiarity with the concepts and execution of programmatic media purchasing and a solid grasp of media math. 
●    Data Management Proficiency advanced skill in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets. This includes competence with essential spreadsheet functionalities such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other basic to intermediate formulas required for performance tracking and reporting.

●    Organizational and Detail Orientation: Proven ability to manage a high volume of work and concurrent projects with exceptional attention to detail. The candidate must be highly organized, adept at managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
●    Excels in a dynamic, data-driven, metrics-oriented environment.
●    Strong interest in performance media and entertainment space

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

 

Hiring Salary Range: $43,000.00 - 63,000.00. 

 

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.  The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable,  as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
