As the Director of Advanced Advertising Data Solutions, you will lead a cross-functional team. This team will develop and deliver advertising solutions that are driven by data. These solutions will be used across Paramount’s linear, digital, CTV, and programmatic platforms. This highly visible role sits within Paramount’s Advanced Advertising organization, shaping how audiences, data, and technology come co-operatively to drive revenue and innovation. You will work closely with senior management and stakeholders both inside and outside the organization. The goal is to increase adoption and enhance product capabilities. Additionally, you will help create new revenue opportunities across the ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee audience strategy and pricing. Plan and implement campaigns based on data. These campaigns run on Linear (DDL), Live Linear Addressable, and Streaming. They use Paramount’s audience targeting product called Vantage.
- Partner with third party data providers to evaluate data quality, identify new strategic opportunities, and develop partnerships and processes that expand Paramount’s audience and measurement capabilities across the greater media landscape.
- Design and implement advanced audience segmentation strategies, ensuring precision and consistency across platforms and vendors.
- Drive cross functional alignment by partnering with sales, marketing, product, data science, and engineering to shape and execute enterprise wide data strategies.
- Use data driven storytelling to highlight revenue, audience, and product opportunities for senior executive team, fueling growth and supporting new data partnerships.
- Develop and refine proprietary reporting tools, translating campaign data into compelling narratives for clients and management. • Architect and implement new operational processes to support emerging direct connections, platforms, and advanced advertising workstreams.
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in advanced TV, ad tech, media analytics, or data driven advertising
- 3+ years of management experience with a focus on team development
- Experience activating targeted media campaigns across digital, addressable, programmatic, or linear TV
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data concepts into clear, actionable insights
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with media measurement platforms (e.g., Nielsen, Comscore, VideoAmp)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and campaign reporting workflows
- Fluency in media analytics, including data collection, aggregation, and vi

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $145,000.00 - 175,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is eligible to earn sales incentive compensation.
