The Director of Client Partnerships (DCP) is a pivotal, client-focused sales role within Paramount Advertising, dedicated to driving revenue growth through our Key Accounts. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of clients' businesses, fostering strong collaborations across multiple teams to leverage Paramount’s diverse advertising products. For this role we will need someone based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Key Accounts, ensuring strong relationships with top marketers and heads of media/strategy.
- Develop and maintain long-term partnerships to foster business growth with Paramount Global.
- Guide the sales strategy for assigned Key Accounts, focusing on growth, maintenance, and participation in new advertising products.
- Shape and define tailored strategies for each account, working collaboratively to implement these strategies effectively.
- Facilitate meetings with various specialty groups, including Sports, Programmatic, Creative+, Vantage, Broadcast Dayparts, and Kids & Family, to provide clients with a comprehensive understanding of Paramount's offerings.
- Engage the appropriate internal teams to ensure seamless execution of ideas and solutions.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, ensuring all partnership expectations are met.
- Act as a central line of communication, keeping all stakeholders informed across broadcast, cable, digital, and specialty groups.
Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in sales and client management, preferably within the media or advertising industry.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a strong ability to collaborate effectively across teams and strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building lasting relationships
Additional Qualifications:
- BS / BA degree preferred Comfortable leading presentations to high-level client teams.
- Proven track record of building and sustaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- In-depth knowledge of media sales across various platforms and creative channels.
- Creative thinker and problem solver, adept at navigating complex accounts.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
