Overview
Responsibilities
- Lead research on ad performance and campaign results, from intake and scoping through execution, synthesis, and delivery. Ensure all work is precise, clear, and client‑ready.
- Work with sales, marketing, and ad operations to set up measurement and ensure objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain best practices, templates, and processes that support consistency and efficiency.
- Write and edit client‑facing materials, including presentations, reports, and case studies, with a polished and professional voice.
- Support thought leadership and sales materials focused on ad performance and brand impact. Contribute new research ideas and creative storytelling approaches.
- Manage and mentor analysts and junior team members, offering guidance on analysis, storytelling, and client communication.
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years experience in insights, measurement, research, or marketing strategy, with a focus on supporting advertising/sales—preferably in media or entertainment.
- Experience overseeing direct reports and supporting their growth and performance.
- Knowledge of key ad performance measurement partners and their methodologies (e.g., Circana, EDO, Upwave, Disqo).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint/Keynote, Excel, Outlook, and Google Workspace.
Additional Qualifications
- Solid expertise in quantitative and qualitative ad performance measurement across linear, digital, streaming, and social.
- Proficient project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple complex workstreams at once.
- Experience working with research vendors, measurement partners, and syndicated data sources.
- Experience leading client‑facing insight presentations and engaging senior stakeholders.
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $130,000.00 - 142,500.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is eligible to earn sales incentive compensation.
