This role leads the build of complex consolidation logic, manages data integration architecture, and ensures the system is optimized for performance. As the subject matter expert (SME), you bridge functional business requirements and technical implementation across the Oracle Cloud EPM suite.

Key responsibilities include architecting the FCC application and master data design, developing and tuning consolidation calculations, building and automating data integrations, and maintaining reporting deliverables and environment lifecycle processes to support a reliable and efficient close.

· Author and maintain complex business rules (Calculation Manager / Groovy) for currency translation, intercompany eliminations, and equity adjustments.
· Design and build data pipelines using Data Management / Data Integration (EPM Integration Agent) to automate data loads from ERP and other sources.
· Monitor and tune system performance; optimize calculation logic and troubleshoot consolidation bottlenecks.
· Design and manage Oracle EDM as the master data hub; define viewpoints, node types, hierarchies, and request workflows across FCC/Planning/ERP.
· Own environment lifecycle management (patching, testing, upgrades) and automate admin tasks, backups, and migrations using EPM Automate and REST APIs.
· Build and maintain advanced reporting deliverables (Financial Reporting and Narrative Reporting packs) for internal and external stakeholders.
· Provide technical leadership, peer mentoring, and design/code reviews; produce technical design documentation and troubleshooting guides.

Basic Qualifications:
· Extensive, hands-on Oracle Cloud EPM experience with Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC), including configuration of Task Manager, Supplemental Data Manager (SDM), and Approvals.
· Expertise authoring and maintaining complex calculation logic using Calculation Manager and Groovy scripting.
· Strong experience with data integration architecture and engineering using Data Management / Data Integration and EPM Integration Agent, including mappings and transformations.
· Proven automation capability using EPM Automate and REST APIs for migrations, backups, and routine maintenance.
· Working knowledge of SQL for data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.

Additional Qualifications:
· Demonstrated diagnostic mindset and ability to trace data lineage from source ERP trial balance through transformations to consolidated FCC outputs.
· Extensive Oracle EDM experience (applications, viewpoints, request workflows, mapping sets) and understanding of EDM adapters with FCC and Cloud ERP.
· Experience with performance tuning for large-scale consolidations and report generation, including optimization of calculation scripts.
· Strong technical writing skills (technical design documents, configuration workbooks, and troubleshooting guides).
· Ability to lead and mentor junior developers/administrators, providing reviews and ensuring best practices in calculation design and metadata conventions.
