Job Summary:
At Paramount, we're revolutionizing the way small and medium businesses advertise on TV and Connected TV (CTV). Our innovative Self-serve Ads Platform - Paramount Ads Manager empowers businesses of all sizes to build impactful advertising campaigns at ease, reaching audiences through the power of television and streaming. As the Director of Product Management, SMB Advertising, you will drive the key initiatives of building platform backend and API integrations, collaborate with different partners, optimize and scale the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Integration and Performance: Lead backend integration across APIs, reporting, and ads targeting and delivery to improve attribution, performance, and scalability of the Paramount Ads Manager platform.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data Solution, Sales and Marketing, and external partners to prioritize and launch initiatives that drive impact.
- End-to-End Product Ownership: Lead all aspects of the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation, design, and testing to launch, ensuring features are delivered on time and meet the needs of SMB customers.
- Product Documentation: Translate business needs into clear, comprehensive PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) for internal teams and partners, ensuring timely and aligned execution.
- Product Iteration & Optimization: Establish a feedback loop to monitor adoption and performance metrics. Drive MVP development, testing, and iteration to continually optimize for growth.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in an equivalent field, MBA is not required but a plus. 10+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles.

- Proven Product Owner: 2+ years in product management or related roles, with a solid understanding of advertising performance and ecosystems.
- Technical & meticulous: Comfortable with backend systems and technical concepts; prior backend engineering experience is a strong plus.
- SMB-Centric Problem solver: Deep understanding of SMB challenges with a passion for building solutions that deliver real customer value.
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical mentality with the ability to write queries, interpret data, and use insights to guide decisions.
- Innovative & Execution-Focused: Thrive in fast-paced environments. Proven ability to bring innovative ideas to life and complete high-impact strategies.
- Familiar with AB testing, feature flagging, and iterative development to inform product direction.
- Strategic & Agile: Able to balance long-term vision with hands-on execution, managing multiple roadmaps while prioritizing for maximum impact.
- Collaborative Leader: Skilled at uniting diverse cross-functional teams to achieve set goals and measurable business outcomes.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $176,800.00 - 221,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is eligible to earn sales incentive compensation.
