- Managing three complex calendars at the same time
- Address scheduling conflicts before they occur
- Prioritize meetings for product, merchandising, and sports strategy workstreams
- Coordinate travel within the country and abroad. This includes planning itineraries and booking accommodations. Also, arrange ground transportation. Process related expenses correctly and promptly
- Plan and coordinate complex meetings, offsites, and team events, including agendas, logistics, AV/conference room setup, and catering
- Prepare, format, and proofread decks, memos, and other materials for internal executive team and cross-functional partners
- Take notes and track action items during key meetings; follow up to ensure deliverables and deadlines are met across all three executives
- Act as a central point of contact and information conduit between the three executives' teams, and with other Product, Content, and Sports partners
- Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; exercise judgment on prioritization and escalation
- Process invoices and expense reports
- Maintain org charts, distribution lists, and departmental communications
- Handle confidential and sensitive information — including personnel, strategy, and financial matters — with the highest level of discretion
- Manage ad hoc special projects and additional duties as needed across the three teams
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting multiple executives concurrently
- Experience supporting senior leaders in media, entertainment, or technology preferred
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of expense and travel systems (e.g., Concur, Workday)
- Proven ability to juggle multiple executives' priorities without dropping details; robust triage instincts
- Excellent written and verbal communication; polished, confident presence with senior leaders and external partners
- High degree of discretion, integrity, and professionalism handling confidential business information
- Strong organizational skills and extraordinary attention to detail; comfortable working under time strain
- Self-starter who anticipates needs and solves problems proactively, with minimal oversight
- Collaborative, low-ego style — able to build trust quickly across three distinct working styles and teams

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $85,000.00 - 110,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
