Paramount is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as Executive Vice President, Revenue Asset Management for our Ad Sales organization. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, revenue optimization, and innovation across our advertising ecosystem. The EVP will oversee all aspects of pricing and planning, inventory management, and yield strategy across broadcast, cable and digital environments, ensuring Paramount maximizes monetization opportunities while delivering exceptional value to clients. The EVP will also lead the business intelligence function for Revenue Operations, ensuring the delivery of actionable insights and robust internal reporting to key stakeholders across the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Strategy & Optimization: Develop and execute comprehensive revenue operations strategies aligned with Paramount’s business objectives and market dynamics. Partner with the Chief Revenue Officer and senior leadership to forecast, analyze, and optimize revenue performance across all platforms.
  • Pricing & Planning: Lead the design and implementation of pricing models and planning frameworks that balance client needs with inventory yield. Ensure pricing strategies reflect market conditions, audience insights, and cross-platform value propositions.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory allocation and stewardship across linear (broadcast and cable) and digital (streaming) platforms. Drive initiatives to maximize sell-through rates, minimize waste, and enhance flexibility for advertisers.
  • Cross-Platform Integration: Champion the integration of linear and digital ad sales operations, creating unified processes and tools for planning, reporting, and optimization. Collaborate with product, technology, and data teams to leverage advanced analytics and automation.
  • Business Intelligence & Reporting: Develop, manage, and continuously improve business intelligence tools, dashboards, and reporting systems that provide real-time visibility into revenue performance, inventory utilization, and pricing effectiveness; ensure and enhance key stakeholder understanding and engagement across Ad Sales, Finance, Technology, and Executive Leadership.
  • Leadership & ;Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing Revenue Operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and key stakeholders across Ad Sales, Finance, and Technology.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in advertising revenue operations, pricing, planning, or inventory management within a major media or entertainment company.

 

Additional Qualifications: 

  • Proven track record of leading large-scale operational transformations and driving measurable revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of linear and digital advertising ecosystems, including programmatic and advanced TV.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience in business intelligence, data analytics, and internal reporting, with demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

    • Revenue Growth: Achieve year-over-year increases in ad sales revenue across linear and digital platforms.
    • Inventory Utilization: Maintain optimal sell-through rates and minimize unsold inventory across all channels.
    • Pricing Accuracy: Ensure pricing models deliver competitive market positioning and maximize yield.
    • Cross-Platform Integration: Successfully implement unified planning and reporting systems within 12 months.
    • Operational Efficiency: Reduce turnaround time for pricing and planning processes by 20% within the first year.
    • Business Intelligence: Enhance stakeholder visibility and understanding of Ad Sales’ revenue strategy and performance by delivering timely, accurate, and actionable business intelligence to the ELT—empowering data-driven decisions and fostering alignment for One Paramount success.
    • Team Development: Build and retain a high-performing team with measurable engagement and performance improvements.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

Hiring Salary Range: $425,000.00 - 475,000.00. 

 

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.  The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable,  as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.  This position is eligible to earn sales incentive compensation.
