Overview and Responsibilities:

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to join the team! The ideal candidate will lead complex technology projects from initiation through delivery. The role calls for a problem solver with leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, software development, and system integrations

· Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with partners

· Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations

· Handle project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial accountability

· Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for detailed execution

· Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and implement contingency plans

· Communicate project status, risks, and issues to partners and senior leadership

· Ensure compliance with IT governance, security policies, and regulatory requirements

· Mentor interns and contribute to the improvement of project management methodologies

 

Basic Qualifications:

 

· Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, or related field or equivalent experience

· PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification along with a solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies

· 4+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 1 year in a senior or lead role

 

Additional Qualifications:

 

· Experience in cloud migration, cybersecurity, or enterprise software implementation

· Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional IT projects

· Certification in cloud technologies (AWS, OCI, etc.)

· Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks

· Knowledge of IT infrastructure components including servers, networks, storage, and virtualization

· Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and collaborator management skills

· Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Jira, Asana, ServiceNow) including automation

· Understanding of the Objective and Key Results (OKR) management framework

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

Hiring Salary Range: $115,000.00 - 140,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.  The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable,  as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
