Paramount’s MBA internship opportunities include, but are not limited to: Consumer Products, Content Partnerships, Distribution, Marketing, Market Intelligence, Product Development, Strategic Planning, Strategy & Development, and Streaming. 


Depending on placement, ideal MBA candidates will:  

  • Have strong finance/banking/consulting experience or strong functional expertise 

  • Have a real passion for multi-platform media 

  • Create and develop strategic plans 

  • Possess strong presentation skills 

  • Have proven expertise in financial analysis (developing financial models, analyzing financial statements, etc.) 

  • Identify, analyze, and develop new business opportunities 

  • Assimilate a large amount of data (both quantitative and qualitative) and gain meaningful insights 

  • 3-5 years of experience prior to business school is preferred

The hourly rate for this position is $34.00. 


The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
