Overview: 

The DTC Streaming Media Management team is looking for a Manager. This person will oversee the acquisition, management, and distribution of source and marketing assets. They will also work with other teams to ensure operations run smoothly. This includes maintaining content security and consistency in international markets. The International Media Management team supports more than 100 campaigns annually across eight global stakeholders. This role is full time.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for the Paramount International teams, ensuring the correctness and timely delivery of marketing assets across global markets.
  • Manage Paramount+ international digital asset systems (Frame.io and OpenText), overseeing asset ingestion, metadata governance, user access, system configuration, and distribution to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in media QC for all versions, layouts, and files received from studio partners and external vendors via Adobe Creative Cloud to ensure files meet spec requirements. If the file does not meet requirements, provide detailed revision needs and communicate to studio partners and external vendors.
  • Ensure all asset versions, layouts, and vendor-delivered files are ingested promptly, organized according to established standards, and easily discoverable.
  • Distribute all marketing assets to Paramount international teams.
  • Build and maintain solid working relationships with brand partners, internal teams, and external vendors to secure assets and critical supporting information.
  • Fulfill media management requests by coordinating across departments, external partners, and multiple media systems to acquire, catalog, and distribute assets proficiently.
  • Enforce robust content security policies and compliance standards throughout the acquisition, management, and distribution lifecycle.
  • Develop, maintain, and socialize comprehensive documentation, process guides, and workflow diagrams to support consistency and knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Experience working with data management platforms and file-sharing technologies in a professional environment.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience managing and coordinating the acquisition, organization, and delivery of media assets supporting television and film promotional content.
  • Deep comprehension of media ecosystems, including a wide range of file formats and media types, cloud-based digital asset management systems, and end-to-end marketing and promotional workflows.
  • Expert experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Experience with Airtable, Asana, JIRA, Wrike, or other project management systems.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of file formats and media types, cloud-based media management systems, general knowledge of marketing and promotional workflows, and assets, etc.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate with a high level of autonomy, sound judgment, and discretion.
  • Ability to perform at a high level under tension while managing tight and often simultaneous timelines.
  • Solid sense of ownership and accountability, with a consistent commitment to quality and excellence.
  • Great written, verbal, and visual communication skills, including the ability to create clear documentation and process materials.

Hiring Salary Range: $100,000.00 - 120,000.00. 

 

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.  The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable,  as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
