Overview:

 
The Paramount+ Global Streaming Lifecycle Marketing team is looking for a Manager, Partnerships Marketing. This role centers on managing all creative, production and delivery of go-to-market marketing campaigns for all partner engagement and retention efforts. You will be working with teams across the business to deliver streamlined and scalable processes for optimal marketing campaign delivery. Through identifying opportunities with each partner’s marketing teams and data, you’ll help create, execute and deliver great experiences for our customers on all partner platforms. You should be able to think/act strategically, develop structured plans and be willing to execute hands on with a start-up type of mentality. You should balance creativity with analytics and agility with operational discipline. You should be both an idea generator and builder, with a solid sense of accountability, and a keen focus on delivering great customer experiences and robust, measurable results.  The role reports to the Director of On-Platform Partnerships, works closely with several Paramount Global stakeholders from Product, Operations, Distribution, Creative, and Legal teams, as well as directly with partners to grow and engage the Paramount+ audience.
 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

 
•    Lead overall planning and execution of monthly retention and engagement partner campaigns.  
•    Develop measurable outputs against internal KPIs and deliver continuous improvement.
•    Develop and manage project roadmaps, production, and delivery for all partner marketing initiatives. 
•    Contribute to scale, develop, and optimize partner relationships by identifying incremental, mutually beneficial opportunities to grow the partnership with a focus on building a marketing roadmap that drives growth and engagement of Paramount+.
•    Lead day-to-day external partner communications, serving as the POC for editorial marketing campaigns.
•    Plan and execute engagement and retention marketing campaigns on all partner platforms. Work with cross-functional teams as well as external partner teams. 
•    Streamline agendas, presentations, and recaps for senior leadership teams and external partners.
•    Create streamlined workflows for maximum output of creative assets for all international markets.  
•    Manage all Paramount+ engagement and retention campaigns as well as user acquisition campaigns on Channel, MVPD, and CTV partners. 
•    Support the Partner Marketing team with event post-mortems and recap presentations
•    Route, socialize, and gain alignment cross-team on all marketing assets for editorial partner marketing initiatives.
 

Basic Qualifications:

 
•    4+ years’ experience in related marketing, creative production, and/or project management roles. 
•    BS/BA degree in Business, Marketing, Production, or related discipline.
•    Familiarity with Airtable, JIRA, and/or any other similar project management software.

•    Strong project management skills, with the ability to take action in a challenging, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
•    Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others.
•    Demonstrated ability to successfully interact and communicate with all levels across various departments.
•    Capacity to collaborate with different areas involved in the growth initiatives and to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. 
•    Ability and flexibility to adapt to changes in schedules and delivery.  
•    Intense bias for action in a dynamic, sometimes ambiguous environment.  
•    Excellent interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial mindset and robust spirit with experience navigating cross-functional organizations.
•    An analytical mind, natural curiosity, and fascination for consumer marketing and the streaming space.
•    Positive outlook and willingness to jump in on all kinds of projects, sometimes outside of normal day-to-day work.
•    Creativity, someone who can turn cool ideas into reality. 
•    Master’s degree in a related field is a plus.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

Hiring Salary Range: $74,000.00 - 100,000.00. 

 

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.  The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable,  as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
