RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Assist in a variety of ad hoc reports to analyze current pacing and inventory.
  • Support day-to-day inventory duties such as building flowcharts while improving inventory usage.
  • Analyze and approve inventory for upfront & scatter packages, collaborating closely with Director, AEs, SSEs, and Planners.
  • Coordinate usage of ad time with internal departments including marketing and programming.
  • Monitor audience delivery and build and approve ADU packages.
  • Collaborate closely with research and programming to keep selling schedules and stewardship projections updated.
  • Interact with Sales Operations (traffic), IT, Research, Sales Planning, Marketing, Media Planning, and Programming/Scheduling departments.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 2 years network planning or inventory management experience.


ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working in Wide Orbit Network.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Proven ability to think strategically, prioritize, and work independently.
  • Skill in handling various tasks simultaneously and determining priorities in a dynamic, demanding setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

Hiring Salary Range: $85,000.00 - 97,500.00. 

 

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.  The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable,  as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
