Overview:
We’re looking for a Manager, Workforce Insights & Enablement to join our HR team at Paramount. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, data, and operations and is perfect for someone who loves diving into complex problems, using data to tell a story, and making things work better across teams.
As part of the Workforce Enablement team, you’ll help drive strategic initiatives, streamline how we work, and support a wide range of cross-functional projects. You’ll work closely with leaders and partners across the business to bring clarity, structure, and insights to both short-term goals and long-term planning.
This isn’t a traditional HR role—it’s hands-on, data-heavy, and built for someone who enjoys turning analysis into action. You’ll spend your time building project plans, surfacing insights from large data sets, connecting dots across the org, and helping move big ideas forward.
If you're detail-oriented, curious, and eager to use data and strategy to help power the teams behind great content and entertainment, we’d love to meet you.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, juggling timelines, deliverables, and details to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams such as HR Business Partners, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development to get things done
- Take on special projects and ad hoc requests: no two weeks will look exactly the same
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus
- 7+ years of relevant work experience, experience in consulting or in-house strategy, operations, or transformation is preferred
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills; critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are a must
- Familiarity with Airtable or similar project management/data tools is a plus
Additional Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of and genuine interest in the media and entertainment industry
- Comfortable and effective in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Highly detail-oriented with solid project management skills to keep initiatives on track

- Able to work across all levels of the organization and confidently present to senior leadership
- Skilled at communicating complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences
