Join a high impact team driving strategy, stewardship, and innovation for one of the most iconic broadcast networks in the industry. As a Pricing and Inventory Manager you’ll lead a team of 3–5 Planners and play a critical part in shaping sales strategies, optimizing inventory, and delivering data driven insights that support our Daypart VPs and Sales partners.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of talented Planners
  • Manage stewardship, sales estimates, and price lists for the CBS Broadcast Television Network
  • Partner with Planning Management and Daypart VPs on inventory control and financial driven sales strategies
  • Build commercial plans for Upfront and Scatter marketplaces
  • Respond to ad hoc client requests in close collaboration with Sales
  • Work with Paramount’s Advanced Advertising team on Vantage plans
  • Use advanced ratings analysis across multiple currencies to inform key decisions

 

Basic Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of TV media planning or agency media buying experience

 

Additional Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to stay focused and adaptable in a dynamic, fast moving environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Understanding of Media Math (preferred)
  • Supervisory experience a plus

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

Hiring Salary Range: $85,000.00 - 97,500.00. 

 

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.  The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable,  as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.  This position is eligible to earn sales incentive compensation.
