#WeAreParamount on a mission to unleash the power of content… you in?
We’ve got the brands, we’ve got the stars, we’ve got the power to achieve our mission to entertain the planet – now all we’re missing is… YOU! Becoming a part of Paramount means joining a team of passionate people who not only recognize the power of content but also enjoy a touch of fun and uniqueness. Together, we co-create moments that matter – both for our audiences and our employees – and aim to leave a positive mark on culture.

Overview:

As Partnership Manager, Programmatic Partnerships, you'll team up with Paramount's core DSP, SSP, and platform partner leads to grow our TV programmatic business! You will own the relationships with technical and analytical contacts at our DSP and SSP programmatic partners. You'll also own the relationships at our platform/distribution partners (e.g., Roku, Samsung, Amazon Fire TV) and mediation platforms like SpringServe, Publica, etc. You'll work across all of these groups to boost value — and revenue — across our partner ecosystem. You'll also be the go-between for our key product and ops teams. In this role, you'll turn partner and market feedback into clear plans. Our ideal candidate is decisive and blends great relationship skills with deep CTV programmatic know-how and a love of data to guide every partnership decision!

Responsibilities:

  • Team up with Paramount's DSP, SSP, and platform partner leads to align on strategy and drive shared priorities across the programmatic business.
  • Own the relationships with technical and analytical contacts at our DSP and SSP programmatic partners and at our platform/distribution partners, handling both day-to-day needs and long-term planning.
  • Help manage the relationships with mediation platforms (e.g., SpringServe, Publica, etc.), and keep integrations running smoothly.
  • Serve as the main link to our product and ops teams, sharing partner feedback that helps shape roadmaps and requirements.
  • Track how our programmatic partners perform — SSP performance, demand quality, fill rates, CPMs, win rates, and revenue contribution — to shape partnership strategy and get the most value from every partner.
  • Work with our internal monetization teams on bidding trends, pricing, and deal strategy to find new ways to optimize and grow revenue across the partner ecosystem.
  • Review new programmatic and platform partners and integrations, and bring clear, data-backed recommendations to go/no-go decisions.
  • Stay current on industry trends (identity, signal loss, SPO, curation, measurement) to inform partner strategy.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years in programmatic advertising, ad tech, or partnerships, with CTV/video experience and a track record managing outside partner relationships (DSPs, SSPs, and/or distribution platforms).
  • SQL proficiency required; Python/R a plus.
  • Experience with CTV/video ad servers and mediation platforms (e.g., SpringServe, Publica) and SSPs (Magnite, PubMatic, Index Exchange, OpenX).
  • Strong knowledge of DSPs, header bidding, OpenRTB, deal IDs, SSAI, and SPO.
  • A proven approach to managing both technical and analytical relationships with programmatic and platform partners to drive real business results.
  • Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus, since you'll work closely with our internal yield and analytics teams.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to win over both technical and non-technical people inside Paramount and at partner organizations.
  • Strong project management skills across multiple partners and priorities.
